Brief Summary:
The Business Development Administrator provides support to the BD & Sales Team to grow existing client base and acquire new clients.
Supports Business Development Managers with practice group strategy and execution, including
• Assist with preparation of the Business Development and Weekly reports
• Supports Business Development Managers and Strategic Analytics function in providing key analytics to support practices, including client/prospect, competitor, and industry analytics
• Engages and assists in meeting the needs of OES key account relationships as well as support all OES distribution channels and the efforts of the sales team
• Key customer follow-up via phone and correspondence
• Reporting on key strategic initiatives and milestones
• Performs sales and account engagement of new and existing accounts assigned for follow-up
• E-Blast drafting, proofing, and preparation for distribution
• Development of event lists of target clients for practices supported
• Analysis of business development activity effectiveness through CRM database
• Assists with various marketing team projects such as coordinating firm lists/directories, managing firm collateral material (firm overview pages, practice group overview pages, etc.), and identifying new collateral to be developed
• Responsible for requests for information (RFPs, RFI, and Due Diligence Questionnaires), inquiries and database maintenance in support of the company's business development activity. RFP/RFI response, management and coordination of process, archival and follow-up
• CRM(Customer Relationship Management) administration -- Resident expert in support of all CRM activity (Sales Pipeline) updates and follow-up

• This position requires working in both internal and external environments like attending and participating in Conferences, Trade Shows, Expo's and other events
• This position requires a flexible work schedule; some night and/or weekends may be required
Education, Experience and Training:
• Undergraduate Degree in marketing, public relations, communication or relevant field desired
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or business development-related position including writing RFP responses and various marketing materials required
• Strong knowledge of client development and marketing principles in professional service industry required
• Ability and willingness to learn and absorb new information quickly.
• Lead generation or prospecting skills
• Previous experience with sales software or technology

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Wage Rate: Commensurate with qualifications and experience and comprised of an annual salary plus benefits. (Range $40K to $45K)
